About Us

We are a Bible based non-denominational Christian Fellowship, sent with the message of peace to the nations of the world.

We are a multi-cultural and multi-racial assembly with the goal of building one body in Christ as in Revelation 7:9. Our purpose is to be Christ-like in our daily living by emphasizing total commitment of life, personality, and possession to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

Our Beliefs & Statement of Faith

God the Father

We believe there is only one God, eternally existing in three persons – the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:4-6, John 10:30). He is self-existent, transcendent, sovereign and eternal creator of the heavens, the earth and the fullness thereof (Genesis 1, Proverbs 3:19, Psalms 24:1). We believe He is Omnipresent; Omniscience and Omnipotent.

God the Son

We believe in the divinity and deity of Christ (John 5:18) and His virgin birth (Luke 2:10-14). We believe that Jesus is fully God and fully man (John 1:1; John 1:14). We believe that Jesus is the Son of God and of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end (Isaiah 9:6-7). We believe that He lived a sinless life as human on earth. We believe in His miracles (John 4:48, John 2:11, John 11:25-26). We believe in His shed blood on the cross and death as the atonement for our sins and the sins of everyone that accepts Him as Lord (Hebrews 9:11-15). We believe in His third day resurrection (John 2:19, I Corinthians 15:17). We believe in His ascension to reunite with the Father, and we believe that Jesus is coming back to receive His elects to Himself where we will be with Him eternally (Revelation 6:2, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).

Salvation

We believe that regeneration is the absolute act of God through which He transform the human spirit by the Holy Spirit for salvation. The natural man becomes a new creature in Christ when He confesses Jesus as Lord and Savior. He is transformed from spiritual death into new life in Christ with a new heart of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26-27, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Ephesians 2:8-9, Rom. 10:10).

Divine Healing

We believe in the supernatural healing of God (Luke 1:37). We believe in the power in the Word of God to heal; to save and to deliver. We believe that if God healed in the Old and New Testaments; we can enjoy the same benefit of His supernatural healing in any area of our sicknesses today. (Hebrews 13:8)

Local Church

We believe in the existence of the local church. We believe that a New Testament church is the coming together of born-again, spirit-filled believers with the purpose of proclaiming the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 2:42). We believe that Christ is the Head of the local Church and He has committed the work of ministry to His servant in charge of the local body

Sacrament

We believe that The Lord’s Supper is breaking and sharing of the bread and the cup by the assembled church as a memorial to the broken body and shed blood of Christ. We believe that taking The Lord’s Supper regularly as a church reminds us of His redemptive work on the cross; while proclaiming the peace we received in Him (1 Corinthians 11:23-26).

God the Holy Spirit

We believe that every believer has a Heritage of Peace in Christ Jesus. (3 John 2). Living a life of obedience to the Holy Spirit’s leading brings Peace and Joy in the Holy Ghost. We believe that the Holy Spirit is a gift to every believer as a channel to communicate with our Heavenly Father. He indwell, teach, guide, help, comfort and remind believers of God’s will for their daily life in the spirit (John 14:26-27). We believe that the Holy Spirit is given to convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and judgement (John 16:7-11).

The Word of God

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, authoritative, and inerrant Word of God (2 Timothy 3:15-17). We believe in teaching only the biblical truth rather than heresy.

The Truth and Love

We believe that believers are called as examples of the love and truth of God in this world. We believe that believers are the light in this dark world. They are agents of peace and are called to live in peace (Rom. 12:18). We believe that perfect love for God and others cast out all fear (1 John 4:18). Therefore, Christ Peace Heritage Ministries is called to reach out to the world with the message of peace. Jesus Christ is our Prince of Peace.

Speaking in Tongues

We believe that the coming of the Holy Spirit brought the power for the supernatural upon the disciples on the day of Pentecost according to Acts 2:1-4. We believe that His coming gave birth to the Church of Christ, part of which Christ Peace Heritage Ministries is a member. Everyone in the upper room in Jerusalem received the power to speak in an unknown tongue. We believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues is the first fruit of the believer’s inheritance in God. Hence, every believer must thirst for, and receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues (Rom. 8:26-27).

Baptism

We believe in the two Ordinances of the local Church. We believe that baptism is the immersion in water of a believer as a public declaration of his personal faith in Christ Jesus (Matthew 3:13-17). We also believe that baptism is the outward declaration of the inward reality of the believer’s new life in Christ.

True Worship

We believe that true worshipper must constantly strive to worship God in spirit and in truth. He must not conform to the pattern of this world, but make efforts to constantly renew his mind (John 4:24; Romans 12:2). We believe our worship must be offered in faith to Him; in love for Him and as a Living Sacrifice.
